Staff members are ranked in seniority.

Staff Code of Conduct:
Staff members must abide by the following rules:
  • Staff must not bring the wiki in disrepute online or offline,
  • Staff must be a role model for behaviour and uphold standards on the wiki,
  • Staff must act in the best interests of the wiki in their work for the site,
  • Staff must respect the privacy and safety of the users of this site.
Any staff member found to violate this code of conduct will be removed as a staff member following a vote by fellow staff. If there is a tie, the most senior member of staff will have the deciding vote.


To become a member of the staff team you must meet the following criteria:
  • You must be an active member of the community (engage with other members, involve yourself in discussions),
  • You must have been active on the wiki for at least 45 days,
  • You must have made a substantial amount of edits,
  • You must have a skill or asset that is either lacking amongst staff members or would greatly enhance the wiki.

To apply to be a member of staff you must submit an application below.
There is an example to help guide you in this process.

  • Hello, I am X and I would like to apply to be a member of staff. I have been active in discussion, for example ..., and have engaged with other members, for example... I have edited the wiki for X days and some of the pages I have worked on are page1, page2, page3, etc. I have skills in admin/programming/graphic design/marketing/etc. which would be useful to Rothwell Wiki.
