WHAT IS THIS WEBSITE?

This website was set up in 2020 to digitise the history of Rothwell. It is a wiki, which means that anyone can create or edit pages. This allows people from all over Rothwell - and the world! - to contribute to recording the history of our town.

WHO RUNS THIS WEBSITE?

This website is run by a team of volunteer staff, which you can find a full list of by clicking here. Please message any of them if you need help! If you think you've got what it takes to help out with the running of the wiki, you can find out the requirements.

IS THIS FREE?

Yes! The wiki is completely free and always will be. It is not, sadly, free for us to run though! We will be setting up a donation page to cover costs, such as our domain and the development of more features for the website.

WHO CAN I CONTACT?

If you have an urgent inquiry or concern (copyright violations, libel, spam, etc.) please click here to use our contact form. This will email your message directly to us. We will try reply as soon as possible, but please bear in mind that we are volunteers.
